What should I do if I can’t receive the registration verification email?

The registration verification email may have been classified as spam. Please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If you still cannot find the email, please contact the AINOSCO customer service team through the email: customer_service_cn@ainoscoebooks.com.

What should I do if I forget my password?

The login rules may vary depending on the library. If your institution requires you to log in using your library account and password, please return to your library’s website and click “Forgot Password,” or contact your librarian for assistance.


If you are using a general login method, you can click “Forgot Password” on the login page. The system will send a password reset email to your registered email address, allowing you to log in again with your new password.

What search scopes are available?

When using the default general search, the system will automatically match your query across fields such as title, author, publisher, ISBN, description.

How can I search the content within a book?

You can check Full-text Search next to the search box to search within the book content.
